Coming together with friends to show off knowledge of useless facts has been a favorite weekly ritual—until now. With bars closed and people secluded to their homes for the foreseeable future, the Play4JA Virtual Trivia is an opportunity for Robert Half family and friends to reconnect, have some laughs, flex their smarts, and raise money for Junior Achievement of Greater Washington.
So grab a drink, settle in, and get ready to Play4JA!
Need cocktail ideas? *Prepare for your night in with a fan favorite, "The Mint Julep Spritzer":
INGREDIENTS
- 8 mint leaves, plus 3 mint sprigs
- 3/4 ounce fresh lime juice
- 1/2 ounce Simple Syrup
- 2 1/2 ounces bourbon
- 1 ounce chilled club soda
- 1 cup crushed ice
- 1 lime wedge
Directions: In a highball glass, muddle the mint leaves with the lime juice and Simple Syrup. Add the bourbon and club soda, then fill the glass with the crushed ice. Using a swizzle stick or bar spoon, swizzle for 10 seconds. Garnish with mint sprigs and a lime wedge, and enjoy!
Pro Tip : Want to level up your Julep? Add in some frozen berries for a Berry wonderful twist on a classic cocktail.
